8 cups Steamin’ Greens
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup chicken broth
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the Steamin’ Greens and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes., or until the Steamin’ Greens are tender.
- OPTIONS: If you’d like, go ahead and add sliced mushrooms and/or chopped onion to the skillet along with the Steamin’ Greens.
